We had to take little dog to the vet because he was licking his penis excessively. Actually we caught him once licking it a little too much, which led us to bring him to the vet. Apparently there is something called preputial discharge (licking penis) in dogs, I know because the vet printed it out for us. Anyway, long story short this led him to have to wear the dreaded “lamp shade.”

OK, here is where I am going with this. It’s been over week and he doesn’t wear the lamp shade all of the time, well daughter goes to McD’s and gets some chicken nuggets of which she eats all but two. What does she do, she sets a trap of course. She puts the two nuggets under the lamp shade on the table, steps outside momentarily and when she comes back in guess who’s wearing his lampshade? What’s even funnier is that little dog is the smart one and usually gets the food and big dog is lucky if he partakes. Well little dog uncovered the food and couldn’t partake due to the lampshade and made it totally available to big dog who was more than happy to partake in said nuggets.

So when we were talking about this watching The Daily Show little dog is looking at us all funny wondering why we were talking about him and laughing. The look on his face was priceless.

Dogs, gotta love ‘em.
